Accompanied by your tour leader Karolina Raczynska, you will get the chance to meet with Ayurvedic doctors and specialists to learn about the origins and current practice of Ayurveda in India.     Please note that all itineraries 
    in India are subject to change according to local conditions. Due to the nature of the tour, spaces are limited. We will hold a briefing meeting in London one month prior to departure where you will be able to meet your tour leader and fellow travellers as well as learn more about the places to be visited.

    Tour leader: Karolina Raczynska

    Karolina is an Ayurvedic Medicine practitioner as well as a certified yoga and meditation teacher. She studied Ayurveda at the Middlesex University in London and further developed her clinical experience at multiple Ayurvedic hospitals and clinics in India as well as in the UK. Currently she also works as a general secretary for the Ayurvedic Professionals Association.

    Karolina has been visiting India on a regular basis since 2003. She has travelled extensively from the northern parts of Himalayas to the southern tip of Tamil Nadu in exploration of Ayurvedic medicine, yoga and meditation practices.

    Prior to her work with Ayurveda, Karolina worked as an artist and photographer. She holds a degree in Fine Art from Oxford University and a Masters in Photography from the Royal College of Art.
