Nursery World, in association with Master Travel, invites all early years professionals to journey with us to Finland and Sweden, where we will have the unique opportunity to see first-hand how these countries’ innovative early years policies are put into practice. Alongside stunning cultural excursions, our visits to preschool settings will illuminate the ways that these Scandinavian countries are supporting early learning.

Saturday 10th February: Helsinki (D)

Arrive in Helsinki and transfer to the hotel

Sunday 11th February: Helsinki (B/L/D)

Visit to Nature Centre Haltia 
Hike through Nuuksio National Park and log fire lunch

Monday 12th February: Helsinki (B/L/D)

Visit to Mörrintupa Forest Preschool.
Visit to Kaivopuisto Kindergarten

Tuesday 13th February: Helsinki - Stockholm (B/L/D)

Visit to Preschool Auringonkukka. 
Transfer to Silja Tallink terminal for overnight sea voyage

Wednesday 14th February: Stockholm (B/L/D)

Arrive in Stockholm and visit to the Sweducare offices
Visit Preschool Inspira Terrassen

Thursday 15th February: Stockholm (B/D)

Visit Forest and Health Preschool Klax Friskus
Visit Kåsen Preschool

Friday 16th February: Stockholm (B/D) 

Visit Pysslingen Vita Bergen
Guided walking tour of Stockholm

Due to the nature of the tour, spaces are limited. We will hold a briefing meeting in London one month prior to departure where you will be able to meet your tour leader and fellow travellers as well as learn more about the places to be visited.
